Worst care I have ever received in a hospital. Had to go to the ER yesterday and that was the worst experience I have ever had in a hospital.
WARNING: Do not go to Conroe Regional Hospital unless your life depends on it AND you have no other options. The doctors have lost their way and do not care about what they're truly there to do.
Day staff on 2 North was great once they knew we were here. Wish I could say that for the night shift. Staff was standing around giving attitude when I asked them for a chair to sleep on beside my 18 year old daughter. Doesn't seem like there is any teamwork on night shift. Special procedures team was amazing!
They get one star because it's clean. The bedside manor, explanation of treatment, treatment options, LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED. IT'S PRETTY BAD WHEN YOU HAVE TO CALL OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AT OTHER FACILITIES TO EXPLAIN FOR YOU. And really ? Your a foreign dr. And cant speak enough English ??
VERY HIGH TURNOVER- The place is a bad dream- understaffed- high turnover- the only nurses here are because they need experience or they can't get a job elsewhere. There are few techs- high work loads- low morale- that would be just a start.
I love this hospital they treated me like a VIP the entire 4 day stay. My nurses were wonderful they took such good care of me making sure if I needed anything and managed my pain level , ready to help in anyway I needed. I had surgery and stayed in the women's section on 2nd floor. I will definitely go back to this hospital for future surgeries if needed. I have a big complaint a baby was sick and they sent her home that should have been admitted into the hospital instead the dr never seen examined her and sent her home this place should be shut down and the parents need to make formal complaint to the medical board .
HORRIBLE hospital!!!! Plan on filing a formal complaint!!!! I would not take my dog here!!!!!! Best advice STAY AWAY!!!!
Conroe Regional sucks!!!!!! How are you going to tell someone they can only be in a ER room for 10 minutes and then get put in a waiting room????? If you ever have a choice go to a different hospital!!!!
