GO ELSEWHERE- UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER
I found for the most part (there's 1 in very group) The Nurses to be very helpful, kind, & caring. I had contact with several other departments and found them to be Excellent. Doctors were so good I will seek them out to see again, or any other Dr. Connected with Conroe Reg. Hosp. I would go there again.
Its a shame people had bad experie ces there. I went there and everyone was extremely wonderful. I give them 5 stars
Absolutely terrible care. If you can get a hold of any of the doctors they will give you 1 minute of their time and not even review your charts before speaking with you. Some of the nurses were great, some were absolutely rude and wouldn't even answer any questions I had. I would never recommend care for any loved ones at this hospital.
I just had my wonderful little bundle here yesterday evening! Absolutely love this hospital and all the labor and delivery nurses and doctors! Postpartum is amazing as well! I feel so at home here and they are always helpful and sweet at ANYTIME of the day or night!

My husband, JD Richmond was just released from Room 364 in the Rehab Department. He says that the staff on his floor were all magnificent. They made him feel important and were marvelous to him. When you are rehabbing from anything it is the staff who make your day, Thank you all.
The ER is horrible but I loved the ICU and CCU staff. Took great care of my wife and did everything they could to make me comfortable as she passed.
Nursing and medical care has been great. But cable went out for entire facility on Friday and nobody bothered to check it out. All facility. All weekend. Customer Service FAIL.
