Oh I can give no stars so had to give one to even post. They don’t deserve a star or to even be a company Never ever ever rent from Conrex. I will do everything I can to get this company to pay back all the people they did wrong and or until the terrible things they do to residents make national news. Conrex Property Management is without a doubt the least professional, most conniving, worst business I've ever dealt with regardless of industry, whatsoever. First the house: I moved into one of their 3-bedroom homes with a friend of mine looking to add another roommate soon to decrease our portion of the rent. Soon after moving in, our floors bubbled up so badly that you could not open the door to the third bedroom (obviously couldn't get the other roommate in). I have rented 2 homes from Conrex the 1st home was awesome, no problems at all. The 2nd home Lord Baby Jesus the home flooded before we moved in, they had to move the tenants out to repair the bottom level. Never told us a thing. The plumbing is old the pipe burst I was standing under it. It was a crappy day lol. The house flooded not once but twice. Every time it rained water would come into the crawl space. I think this company has a maximum of 5 employees nation wide. Worst customer service imaginable. To start this rant off, it took over 12 days to hear back from this company after paying three 40$ application fees. It was an absolute cluster to get approved to lease this house and it was only possible because i managed to catch the one regional conrex agent at the office just out of luck one day. Moved in Conrex property in March, been having problems since the day I moved in. For one, the carpet was ripped and torn before I moved in, the problem was supposed to be addressed but never was addressed. The carpet has held stains and rips that are beyond repair although they never sent someone out to even repair. Worst carpet I’ve ever had to experience. The house from Conrex I rented has a horrible mold problem. The way that the mold problem has been addressed is insulting. I’ve been with the company for two years now and both years I can’t tell you of how much stress it was caused me to have to fight for someone to do what’s right to address the aggressive mold issue. A disaster from the very beginning. DO NOT RENT FROM CONREX MANAGEMENT. You will regret it. We moved from halfway across the United States for my husband's job as an air ambulance pilot and made it very clear that we would not be able to personally view the property before moving day. They required us to sign all the documentation in order to get utilities turned on, including the contract stating that we had seen the property, and with no other options having a Doberman, we went with them.
