Conrex properties are a real eye sore in my neighborhood. The renters don't maintain the yard at all. The property looks abandoned but unfortunately we don't have neighborhood ordinances so we just have to put up with it. Conrex should enforce some rules to keep their tenants in check.

If I could give them no stars I would. The application and move in process was smooth. Never thought from that experience it would turn into this nightmare. We rent a bi-level home. The first level has the laundry room and a big room that can be used as a second living room or a 4th bedroom. My sister uses it as a bedroom. Maybe 4 months into the lease the lower level flooded. Outside company came and got the water up and stated a sump pump was needed. Conrex never approved it. Floods again a year later twice in one week. Ex... read more

This company completely Conned me out of almost $700. Claimed that they didn’t know I moved out and charged me 20 days rent after my lease ended. Everything will go great until they have to pay you!

we applied for a house and never heard of anything , we tried calling and no answers. they just take your application money and will hear nothing! not recommended.

Renewed my lease it contradicts itself they are backpedaling saying I should up hold the 38th page and not the 5th they took my power and water out of my name without my consent only gave me 11 days to sign and return lease among so many other things

We rented from them for around 2 years, and this is one of the most poorly managed companies we have ever dealt with. In multiple instances, an overpayment occurred because of technology issues with their site, Clickpay. After the first overpayment, we were given a refund directly to our account. During the second instance, we were told we would have to wait 7-10 business days by Ms. Jhontel Bryant for a check to arrive, which was already ridiculous since the check was for over $1700 and it was due to a technology error on t... read more

Oh I can give no stars so had to give one to even post. They don’t deserve a star or to even be a company Never ever ever rent from Conrex. I will do everything I can to get this company to pay back all the people they did wrong and or until the terrible things they do to residents make national news. Conrex Property Management is without a doubt the least professional, most conniving, worst business I've ever dealt with regardless of industry, whatsoever. First the house: I moved into one of their 3-bedroom homes with a friend of mine looking to add another roommate soon to decrease our portion of the rent.
