Watch out for surprise fees. They don't fix anything well. And they don't answer the phones for anything.

been renting through them for 2 years now my rent is over a 1000 dollars which isn’t the problem, the problem is we have been having sewage back up in our basement due to roots being in our pipe so we almost have to put in a maintenance request every other month because it backs up and runs into my downstairs carpet which cause mold ect ect they came put a new line in and it still backs up. Use to be a great company to rent through. I have been with them 3 years and recently they have gone to charging their tenants $100 per hour and $50 per hour thereafter, for maintenance calls if they deem the issue was caused by the tenant. Their properties are not taken very good care of, so once the tenant moves in they will start having all types of maintenance issues that will now be considered the tenants fault.
