We rented a home from Conrex which were bought out by Maymont homes. DO NOT RENT from these crooks. We had to find a place in a short time frame. Rent was 2395 plus security deposit , pet fees of 35 per month per pet. For a 1900 square ft older older home. They are now charging additional 3600 for so call damages. I consider myself a decent person making six figured income. We are clean good people. Now we will have to spend additional time and money to deal with these folks. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

If i could give less than one star..I would. Conrex has few employees that actually care but their hands are often tied. I turned in a maintenance order over a month ago. (Probably the 100th one). Because of a water leak that i have reported several times before it got to being this bad. I submitted several issues for over a week at the EMERGENCY level, never got a response until i called and yelled and was transferred through 10 different people. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The house was so poorly maintained and we've run into constant problems the year that we've lived here. When maintenance does come, it's sketchy companies who do the bare minimum and leave a mess. This house is literally falling apart and they take no responsibility. This company is the biggest Scam of Scams. one they had me resign a lease not pointing out change in the lease (simple bills) months after resigning i received my dep from my electric service and wondered what that was about called service was no longer in my name every since simple bills started my bills are higher than normal i’m being double sometimes triples billed in one month the customer service is a joke they act is if your not a tenat they talk to you any way and never fix problems it’s pay or get evicted

They will lie to you and cheat you at every turn, they tell you to use certain ways to pay and then when there are any issues on their end they say its not affiliated with us and is your problem and then charge excessive fees for the problems they have caused. Had an overall great experience during the 2 years we rented through Conrex!
Would give 0 stars if i could. This company is the most incompetent, unprofessional, and unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. They have no respect for their tenants even when it comes to severe structural and health issues because of the house. In addition, when me and my roommates have contacted them to fix these severe structural issues then take weeks to come and fix them. I do not recommend this company what so ever.
