RecommendedThe guys at this location are awesome! When I brought my car in the last time for an oil change my hub cap was misplaced. So just recently I went in for an oil change & they not only gave it to me for free, they also ordered me a new hub cap free of charge!! Took my car here because it was running hot and had no heat. After $400 they said it was fixed. The following week my car was still overheating and no heat. I took it back. Another $400. Two days later, same thing. To make a long story short, I blew my engine last night after overheating (with no heat). Now I don't have a car or the $800 they charged me to not repair the problem. See you in court!!

First, I'd like to recommend a particular Conrad's store, the one in Painesville, OH. Unlike one or two others in the area, the folks at Painesville understand what the word "reservation" means. That's helpful, since I always wait for my car. I've never had any problems with their work, and they let me know when routine care might be needed a few months in advance, as indicated by my owner's manual. I've been going to this location for about 4 years, and so far, so good.
They take great care of you and don't push you to buy items that you can't afford Great customer service

I had an Alignment done there. Because their computer was down I couldn't get a receipt. It was not done right and even though it was the next day and the same guy at the counter they refused to fix my Blazer. I had to do a string alignment and did a better job than their so called tech.
I stopped in with a sudden problem I was having with my car. I didn't have an appointment, and Chris the manager had other customers to wait on, but he was able to troubleshoot my problem and have one of his repair guys fix it. I got the car back in less than 5 hours. The total cost was reasonable as well. I am highly satisfied.
