I hope that your experience with Conrad Roofing is more positive than ours. I made the mistake of allowing the whole process to continue after my initial payment. I voiced my concern about how much additional money I would owe. The day before the roof install, I finally got an estimate over the phone. JR went above and beyond to get my stubborn insurance company to pay for my roof replacement and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning the process. The men who installed the roof were prompt and took necessary precautions as to not damage anything and cleaned up after the job was completed. As busy as JR is, he would always take some time to love on my pup who was excited to see him! My roof looks beautiful and I'm a happy customer!
