We stayed at the Conrad through the Amex Platinum Fine Hotels & Resorts program. After landing early in the morning, the staff accommodated an early check-in, though we were not offered a complimentary upgrade. Instead, we were presented with a discounted upgrade to a club (Sakura) level room. Since the standard room was already spacious and comfortable, we decided not to upgrade.
