We stayed just for one night Sat-Sun. We came to DC for a Saturday event that eneded late and stayed as we were planning to have a slow Sunday morning and then head home. The staff were great and helpful. I want to be clear that they were in no way an issue. However, there were a lot of noisy people around us and we had a hard time falling asleep due to the noise. The customer service here is fantastic! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Marlon, Maria and Mimi in the Sakura Club were awesome. They always greeted us with a smile and looked like they love their jobs. I highly recommend staying at The Conrad, and will be back in the near future!
Beautiful, clean hotel. Lovely breakfast! We stayed here over our wedding weekend (which we told them), and it would have been nice if they did something to acknowledge it. Nevertheless, great stay 😺
The staff all together was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Highly recommend paying for breakfast voucher. All the servers were awesome. How ever Alex recommended so many great options. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Jerry the concierge also so very helpful and friendly. Everyone and everything was so great. But just a heads up you need to request a fridge. There is none in the rooms and no microwave at all.
