I recently stayed at the Conrad Washington DC and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable. I had lunch at their hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Stayed here for a couple of nights with a friend. Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. Will definitely stay the next time I’m in the area.
I can't speak highly enough of the staff and service! The entire staff at the Sakura club went above and beyond anything we could have expected!
Amazing stay at the Conrad DC for three nights - the entire staff was absolutely lovely and it is a beautiful, relaxing hotel to stay at and very family friendly. We truly enjoyed our experience and we will definitely be back! The Estuary restaurant was also excellent for both dinner and breakfast/brunch.
