Spend the extra money and stay in the Ritz. Or spend less and stay in the JW Marriott. Both are better options than this. The Conrad price was suspiciously low for a '5-star' hotel, and I see why. Far from a 5 star experience. From the start, valet was rude and unaccommodating about being unable to fit my standard sized truck in their lot. Clean, modern hotel with a great location. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and it’s an easy walk to shopping and restaurants—perfect for a short trip.
