The location is excellent — right next to Walt Disney Concert Hall and within walking distance to The Broad, Angels Flight, and Grand Central Market. The lobby is beautiful and calming, filled with natural light, wood accents, and greenery. The pool is large and minimalistic, a great spot to relax under the LA sun. I had an excellent experience at the Conrad Hotel thanks to Mike and Miguel. Mike provided amazing customer service, he was efficient, engaging, and truly went above and beyond to help me, even though I wasn’t staying at the hotel as a guest. I was there for a meeting, and his professionalism and work ethic played a big role in making everything go smoothly. I can’t thank him enough for his support. Afterward, I met Miguel. さすがはコンラッドの一言です。 ダイヤモンドメンバーなので色々と特典を受けることができました。 ロビー、客室、朝食会場、プール 全て高級感があり洗練されていました。 コンラッド東京のラウンジが素晴らしい分 LAにはラウンジがないのが余計残念に感じましたが仕方ありません。 市街地へのアクセスもよく 本当に素晴らしいホテルだと思います。
