This conrad was beautiful with exceptional service that makes you feel at home. I definitely recommend this property if you want to stay in downtown LA.

這飯店根本不像康萊德的旗下飯店 比一般的商務飯店還更糟糕 接待大廳像走廊 狹小不堪 結帳一定要小心會多收費 洛杉磯喜XX都比這家好很多 收費跟實際住宿根本不等值

Overall the experience was somewhat good except I got a horrible night's sleep because of the world's worst mattress. It has so hard and heavily used that it was painful to sleep on. The smoke detector directly above the bed also blinked constantly throughout the night...and not just a single, occasional blink. We're talking a full on EDM party every ten seconds or so. First class experience from the staff to the room to the view. Absolutely fantastic hotel. I was able to secure a corner room for a last minute business trip to LA and although my stay was brief, it was very comfortable and enjoyed the experience very much. Usually I stay at the Biltmore, but I am going to stay here from now on.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how beautiful the hotel is—inside and out. The design is stunning, and the location couldn’t be better, right across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall with an incredible view from the room. Had some great cocktails with friends at the bar.
