Absolutely perfect stay with high quality beds, sheets, decor and amenities. From front desk staff to bartenders to house keeping and valet, all were excellent and couldn't do more to make my stay enjoyable. New favorite hotel in LA for business travel.
We had such an amazing stay at Conrad Los Angeles! The staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. My daughter was especially happy—she even got two teddy bears from the team, which totally made her day. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
Horrible experience. We paid in full to make a reservation. But this hotel overbooked all the rooms and offered us Double Tree hotel as solution. The time we arrived was 11:30pm. They don’t care about the safety and inconvenience for their repeat customers. We have to leave the hotel with a luggage in the middle of night. Why customers have to pay for their mistake? Really disappointing. We will never come back again.
