I must say this was my first time in a Hilton Property and my last one!! From the moment I arrived at the valet on property most of the employees were dismissive, rude and overall not helpful. When reading the other reviews of the property prior to booking it the reviews gave it such rave reviews however I can attest to those being paid reviews or fake reviews. Our favorite hotel in all of LA. The rooms are always top notch. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. Lauren from the bar was incredible and so on top of everything!! Same with Milton from valet. Room service also always does such an incredible job cleaning and organizing. The drinks and small bites from the bar are delicious and the views are unmatched. Overall highly recommend booking with Conrad, you won’t regret your stay, in fact, you will want to come back!!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially coming from the level of service you get at the Ritz Carlton where guests are actually taken care of. I booked my room a month in advance. I arrived at 3pm for check-in and was told the room wasn’t ready. I said no problem and waited. An absolutely wonderful stay at the Conrad Los Angeles. The King Suite was truly fabulous—beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and everything felt luxurious from the moment we walked in.
