Being the first visit to an ENT I was nervous, but the staff set the tone as friendly, informative as to what to expect and professional. Meeting Dr McCutcheon was not intimidating as I had feared, he was gentle, kind and talked me through his actions. He spoke in simple terms and took his time in reviewing my concern. I felt important that he took such time to explain his professional opinion and I appreciated his thoughtfulness. I highly recommend.

Dr. McCutcheon acts very professional but is still nice and very patient. I previously went to an allergist who said he couldn't help. Dr. M always listened to my rambles and worked with me to find solutions. He performed a balloon sinuplasty and it went very well. He is always concerned about my well being. I've been very happy working with him. Usually takes an hour to get in & out the door, probably 15-30 minutes of waiting. His staff can be a little unprofessional at times however

Dr. McCutcheon is very thorough , best doctor bedside manners, performed Balloon Sinuplasy and best results( 5 stars not enough) the procedure was easy, painless, he kept me informed the whole time, assured me it was all about me and my comfort. Results were beyond what I could have expected for my health. I can live again after thinking that living with pain was my norm. Thank you doctor and your office staff which I call your Great Team.

I highly recommend Dr. McCutcheon. He is kind and caring, and he always takes time to explain things and to answer any questions I might have. He is very professional, and I have complete confidence in him as my doctor. His staff is awesome too. They are always courteous and friendly, and the office seems to run quite efficiently.

I went into the office extremely nervous and scared. Dr. McCutcheon was very caring, very gentle and made my visit pleasant. His staff friendly and very professional. This was a nice drive for me but he will be my Otolaryngologist from now on. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable when I was so uncomfortable.

Dr. McCutcheon listened carefully about the symptoms. He has tremendous knowledge and skill and serves with the knowledge and skill. He carefully explains the situation and gives the patient clear, understandable information. He displays the scans, X-rays, and real time scope displays to the patient and explains it all. This gives confidence to the patient. Dr. McCutcheon and his staff are very courteous, attentive, and accommodating to the patient. He has helped this patient very much.

I went in for chronic sinusitis- just no relief with meds with the long run- sinus pressure in head with headaches but the teeth pain was the worse. They scheduled me for a CT scan and blood work. Then within a week they review results and then scheduled me for my balloon sinuplasty. Procedure was great- more pressure than pain and felt great the next day.

I made an appointment with Dr. McCutcheon over a month ago. When I woke up this morning, many of the streets were flooded due to heavy rains. I called in to ask if the office was open for business. The lady who answered the phone replied that "yes, we are open, and we expect to see you at 8:30." I agreed to try and get there. So I drove through flooded streets and arrived 5 minutes early, to find the office closed and no one there. I called again to find that no one was coming in after all.
