From my first phone call to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with friendliness and a willingness to meet my immediate needs. Dr. McCutheon was thorough in assessing and testing and asked me questions, as well as, being interested in my questions! I had been dealing with illness for 3 weeks, before my first appointment, but continued to have trouble with ear infections. Dr. M has me on effective medications and I am recovering as I had hoped!! I had some critical questions re. a recent MRI. Dr. McCutcheon thoroughly reviewed my results & answered all my questions. I felt I was in the best hands. I would highly recommend.
Dr. McCutcheon and his team are great. I feel more comfortable that my hearing is being cared for and my allergies are greatly abated. Dr. McCutcheon spent a fair amount of time explaining things to me which helps me know what steps to take to prevent future issues.
Dr. McCutcheon and his staff went over an beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From the time I called in about getting my appointment to the process of my condition treatment . Dr. McCutcheon made me feel like I was valued and make sure I was taken care of when I left and even after he called me after hours to give me guidance and answered all my questions. I give him and his staff a 10/10!

Dr. McCutcheon and his staff are the best ENT group I've ever visited. They are very professional and caring. Dr. McCutcheon has resolved my chronic sinus infections after numerous sinus surgeries by other physicians.
I found Dr. MCcutcheon to be very thorough. He really listened to what I had to say and asked a lot of questions. He also explained procedures very well.
