Top notch physician. Technically excellent and knowledgeable yet focused on the patient's needs and best interest. Friendly and with friendly attentive and competent staff.
Dr. McCutcheon and his staff showed outstanding concern for my health problems and genuine interest in diagnosing them. They showed me on a monitor where the problems were located using sophisticated equipment and how to best treat them. They listed all the medications I should use for the next 3 weeks and then return to evaluate how much I improved and suggest what we should do in the future. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with friendliness and a willingness to meet my immediate needs. Dr. McCutheon was thorough in assessing and testing and asked me questions, as well as, being interested in my questions! I had been dealing with illness for 3 weeks, before my first appointment, but continued to have trouble with ear infections. Dr. M has me on effective medications and I am recovering as I had hoped!! I had some critical questions re. a recent MRI. Dr. McCutcheon thoroughly reviewed my results & answered all my questions. I felt I was in the best hands. I would highly recommend.
Dr. McCutcheon and his team are great. I feel more comfortable that my hearing is being cared for and my allergies are greatly abated. Dr. McCutcheon spent a fair amount of time explaining things to me which helps me know what steps to take to prevent future issues.
