Hot tub jets are strong and hot tub is hot!! Service was stellar (Isaiah in particular!) and rooms are high end class old school decor. If you want everything super new and modern looking, not the place for you. Very spacious basic room and luxurious bathroom. NEspresso machine in room. Even includes a fridge which a lot of high end hotels do not provide. I loved it and will be back!
Terrible experience. This hotel does their absolute best to keep wheelchair users out. They have chosen to completey ban wheelchair accessible cars from parking. Pretty shitty to literally leave wheelchair users out in the rain. They have also installed a heavy door with no open buttons blocking entrance to the floor with our accessible room. I would NEVER stay here again and I wish I wasn't stuck here now. Head on over to the Hyatt where they happily parked our car because they don't discriminate.
Are you seriously charging guests $5 for a basic drip coffee? This is extremely disappointing, especially when complimentary coffee is available at other hotels, including Hampton Inn. You don’t have enough budget for renovations ? you are now charging guests for something that used to be complimentary. This feels like a step backward and a poor way to treat your guests. I will be sharing this experience with my company and recommending that we reconsider doing business with Conrad in the future.
Everything here is nice. Service. Rooms are exceptionally but location is issues if your staying on the weekend. Very very loud outside. To the point where it obnoxious.
