Very friendly and professional staff!
I was disappointed with my stay at the Conrad Indianapolis. I stayed here because I felt the price they had on it for being a Hilton member was a steal and we would get to enjoy luxury while still saving some. However I would choose somewhere else or a different Hilton. The bathroom door handle pulled completely off the door when I tried to use it. The staff was highly dismissive upon arrival, did not offer to help check in. The room was not maintained well. The shower would not adjust to a cooler setting, the sink would not drain, and the bathroom handle came off in our hands. My next stay in a different hotel was nicer and cheaper than the Conrad in Indianapolis. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay.
The benchmark of hospitality. Flawless service from the spa to the rooms. Everything is stunning and up to date including the saunas and steam rooms. Already making plans to return.
