always exceptional service. yesterday morning we needed to head to the airport but there was no valet yet so the lovely young woman working the front desk left and ran to the valet parking and brought back out car!! I mean wow! Hotel is clean and beautiful. Rooms could maybe be updated a bit but overall a lovely property with an unbeatable location.
We stay at a lot of hotels for a variety of reasons. The service and people that work here are above and beyond anything I’ve come to expect. From the front door to the bellman and everything in between. It's shockingly great service.
We were in Indy for the Big Ten basketball tournament (March of 2025). Chose the Conrad because of the very favorable reviews online. All employees we met at the Conrad were outstanding - from the bell men to the front desk and concierge to the housekeeping staff. 5 stars across the board - could not have been more accommodating or helpful.
