When our 2nd daughter was born, our pediatrician wasn't available for a newborn visit. We had to go with someone who was available and went with Dr. Hagen. I was nervous not having the same pediatrician but the second we met him he was so sweet, understanding, and helpful. He explains everything in terms that parents can understand. Always asks if we have questions and also responds on mychart which is helpful in stressful situations.
