Got a new RV power cord with our new camper and led's on cord do not work, contacted this manufacture and they stated 'cosmetic' we do not cover under warranty, so if you purchase their products do not expect to obtain all the features advertised as some are just cosmetic, and not what you really needed or wanted. Thanks to Mr. Kong.
