Terrible Customer E-commerce customer service. Purchased a 4-1 crib set and baby furniture on line. The order was canceled by the company for no apparent reason. I recently purchased a tv on a cyber Monday deal from conn's furniture, specifically the altamonte location and I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. I bought the tv and was going to pick it up in store the next day, I received three confirmation emails confirming that my tv had already been delivered.
