Something went wrong with my washer on 11-22-22. I callled the same day to Conn's store, customer service and Appliance services to have a repair person come out to tell me what's wrong. NO ONE has beento my home as of yet and it is 12-2-22! I have been give the run around and lied to the whole time! The killing thing isthat I purchased extended warranty when I purchased the washer and dryer. I have washing clothes in my bath tub by hand the whole time!! But I still have to make my monthly payment or my phone will constantly... read more

I placed an order online for a washer and dryer that was on sale for Black Friday. I didn’t get a confirmation email which after paying $1600 scared me. So I called the next day and was told it was processing so give it another day. I call the next day and was told the last person didn’t check everything so give it an hour. 6 hours later my order is canceled and nobody can tell me why. It was a great purchase employees very friendly. My delivery men even waited for me I was delayed and they waited without any complaints!
