Store doesn’t want to make my protection plan effective. Purchase a television and lines appeared on the screen and it looks all blurry. There is no need for a technician to come look at the tv, when it falls under the warranty protection. Store #176. 1971 N. Zaragoza El Paso TX 79925.

For a large brick-and-mortar company, I am shocked at how poorly it's run. My first and only experience with Conn's was on Cyber Monday, they had a TV I wanted and were the only retailer that had it in stock. My first surprise was during the checkout process. Despite their website indicating that all TVs included free shipping, that wasn't the case. So I had to pay $100 extra for shipping or drive 30 miles to the nearest Conn's to pick it up.
