I'm only giving them 1 star because toggling it is required to write a review. I'm a new conn's customer and had just received a washer and dryer (financed of course) and it has come with extra. One of the units is hosting a rat. I received them Tuesday and Wednesday night I had the displeasure of finding out what the noise coming from them was. Although our warehouse facilities are fumigated monthly for pest control and we do not have any other reports of a similar issue, our records show that we sent our service team out to inspect both units for any signs of rodents and no droppings or problems with the wiring were found to suggest a rodent was present inside either unit.

The delivery was fast however one of the delivery men was rude. I asked if he could move my bed into another room since I got a new mattress and he said that all he could do was put it against the wall. After I offered him and the other guy a water, he was nice to me.

These ppl are fraud and I’m telling the world about them. I had a full blown account drawn up in my name by Elton. I didn’t authorize the account. A police report is being filed against him. I reported all this to corporate and they were on the hush hush about the entire situation. Do Not do business with them. They will destroy your credit score just as they did mines. I will file a review on them forever until something is done. I literally had to get a loan to pay the item off to try to save my credit score. Seriously wat... read more
