I met my daughter for her 22nd birthday lunch at Connor's, since she'd never been there (and it was just my second time). I ordered the 7 oz sirloin medium, with baked potato and asparagus as an extra side. When the meal arrived, I cut the steak and it was cooked completely through and even had black crust on one end.
