I was interested in a property for sale and reached out to this REO via email and phone. I received a phone call back the following day and was instructed to email over my license and they would send me the lockbox code so I can go visit the property. I sent over a pic of my license on Friday at noon and called several times on Friday, Sat and Sun to follow up but received no answer.
