I use the metal polish and jewelry cleaning and have never needed Customer Service. However, today’s call is my second to leave a message with A. Paladino’s office. It has been weeks since the first call w/ no acknowledgement. A new bottle of Metal Polish is unusable as it cannot be shaken to mix the product. The bottom of the bottle is solidified to the degree that it cannot be shaken.
