My family and I have Been seeing dr Neri for a bit over 20 years. She is excellent! Trust her completely her nursing staff is very good as well. Her reception billing and admin staff are the absolute worst ever.. .. I hate dealing with them they are the opposite that you would expect from such an excellent physicians office. Her office staff and office management certainly does not share the same work ethics as dr Neri does!

I wasn't worried about their equipment and felt completely safe in their care. I was charged an additional $75.00 as an after hours charge by the Dr. This is a 24 hour ER and no person had to be called in and nothing about my care or treatment was any different (I hope) just because of the time. My insurance company , Cigna does not even recognize this charge. This seems like an easy way to get more money from patients without any additional cost to the ER
