Working with Channer and Connor Homes was a very easy process. It was a no pressure sale. Also, the current real estate market made us realize that homes in the West Seattle for around the same price were fixer-ups. We've been in our new construction home for a month now, in Altamura, and we're loving it! We were originally a bit hesitant to go with a new construction home due to all the "don't buy new constructions, they are built cheaply" warnings but Connor Homes is a surprisingly great builder. Our house is SOLID - it's nothing like a Lennar build and is built way better than most of the "old but good bones" houses we were looking at when house shopping in Seattle.
