2 year update: LEAK AFFECTING CEILING. They do not reach out at the 2 year mark as they do after the first year to see if you have any concerns. The cause is unclear, but there is a leak causing bubbling and cracking of the ceiling. I'm really disappointed in the quality of work if this is happening so soon. There has been some correspondence with customer service to see if this will fall under the 2 year warranty. Absolutely wonderful experience and fantastic home - EXTREMELY well built, super communicative, on time and helpful. Or at least that’s what I thought. Altamura house - new construction in Seattle. 1 year update. Over the last year living here I’ve started to discover the shortcuts and crappy stuff they’ve done… 1.
