We've been in our new construction home for a month now, in Altamura, and we're loving it! We were originally a bit hesitant to go with a new construction home due to all the "don't buy new constructions, they are built cheaply" warnings but Connor Homes is a surprisingly great builder. Conner Homes is truly such a pleasant builder to work with. Our sales advisor (Channer) was patient, available, and responsive to all of our inquiries. Conner Homes has been responsive to any warranty claims we've made, and the quality of the construction is truly top-notch. I actually had the opportunity to view some of the homes being built by Conner Homes before the drywall was installed, and I didn't see a single broken stud, misaligned nail plate, or poorly installed piping. It was pleasure to work with Channer Hernandez on our home purchasing process. Each step through the process, there was an e-mail or information page we can follow through. When we had questions, Channer would quickly reply. The homes are well design and build. Quality home - the inspector said.
