Reached out to Laurence about a property I was interested in. Completely dismissive, didn't want to provide me any information, told me the information I was asking for was on the MLS and if I wanted it I would have to get a realtor. For an "associate broker" or any agent representing someone and trying to market their property, that's pretty lazy if you ask me.
