If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I first moved into this apartment, it looked nothing like the tour they gave my roommates and I. There was permanent paint splattered on the common area's floors, the wires under the carpet were exposed, bathroom was dirty with mold in the ceilings, and my toilet overflowed after i used it for the second time.
