Management is timely with maintenance requests and everyone is very kind. No bugs, spacious rooms, and great amenities. The buses on the other hand, it’s been a struggle. Being one of the farthest apartments from campus, you would think the bus system would be elite but the times are always wrong and the tracking app is faulty 99% of the time. It’s been overly frustrating for my roommates, neighbors, and me. If you get a parking spot on campus, definitely live here!! If not, look closer!
The facility is pretty nice overall, but its not getting five stars because I am having maintenance issues with my fridge. I put in a request and they have yet to get to me. For drawbacks I would also say that the walls are thin.
We called for maintenance, and had Danny Young come twice. He fixed everything that was asked for, and more when he noticed something else was wrong. He was very efficient and nice.
Danny Young is the best maintenance guy ever! He came to help my roommate and I twice and both times was so kind as well as helped us with what we needed and more. He goes the extra mile and is so helpful!
I love living at The Connections. It is in a great location, as its surrounded by many amenities and stores. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and Melanie in the front desk has great customer service skills! It has been a pleasure living here so far!
