My dad bought me my first computer here when I was 8... fast forward 28 years... they fixed my macbook pro super fast and 100% free because it was covered under Apple Care. Don't go to Syracuse to get your mac fixed - come here! They are awesome, professional, friendly, and fast.

Fantastic customer service! I brought my 2009 macbook in because it was acting slow and discovered that the hard drive was failing. John was able to save everything and have it working better then new in just a couple days!!

When I brought my macbook in this morning I was given a diagnosis and told it could be anywhere from 1-3 days... I LIVE on computer for work and so I knew this was going to be a hard time to do without! To my surprise they called me an hour later to pick it up!!!! I can't thank them enough!!!!!! SUPERIOR service!!!! You will not be disappointed by choosing this place! Major plus was they are apple certified and saved me the extra 1/2 hour in the car waiting at a crowded "genius" bar! <3 them!
