How about you tell the entire story when you write a negative review towards us. You entered our store at 5:07 PM (we close at 5:30 PM) and requested that we glue your CPU fan back onto the severely broken mount. We said we would look at it and would need to charge our priority fee ($35) so we took it upstairs to look at it and began to fill out a work order with you, we gave you the quote on the repair and you said it was okay for us to go forward with it. Needed to recover some data from a damaged usb drive. Thought all hope was lost. Called early in the morning and they were able to repair the drive and recover all of the data by the afternoon! They are my hero. Very trustworthy, professional, super efficient, and knowledgable. 👏
RecommendedI’ve been here a few times with phone issues and they have never let me down. The quality of all they do is excellent and they don’t knock you over the head when it comes time to pay the bill. Everyone should give them a go. They also have great prices on computers. I was really surprised. You absolutely won’t regret going there.
While not local to me (90 minutes away) I'm really glad I made the trip because they were able to fix my older iMac. They were great folks to deal with and I had my computer back the next day!

Connecting Point has been around since the inception of the home computer boom.I believe in supporting local business and have been very satisfied in their professional advice and service.I recently purchased a Mac laptop for my daughters graduation gift,connecting point set it up with office,word + whatever was necessary for to use use at college,I also have the peace of mind to take to their store for any updates, etc it might need,Can't do that at Walmart or Amazon.
They are not a good service, they tried getting a charge from us they did not deserve.
