I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
