Horrible customer service in the Emergency department. They basically just want to give meds for pain and send u home instead of finding out the cause. So very sad for the children. Can just imagine how many things are undiagnosed.
I have been a patient of ccmc multiple times. The doctors and nurses in the ER, medical surgical floor, ICU, and hematology and oncology department, have been more than I could ever hope for. I Would definitely recommend bringing your child here.
CCMC has our heart. From the moment we stepped into the Emergency Department to our stays in ICU, MS8 and our visits to the Hemonc/Oncology Clinic our child has received nothing but the very best in care and support. WE love all our doctors and nurses!!!
The best hospital better than midstate hospital I come from Meriden to this hospital
Dr.Martin from Neurosurgery is the absolute most amazing DR there is.. He saved our 6 ur old daughters life!!!! Who he even said didnt think she was going to make it... We spent almost 3 months in that hospital & we felt very welcomed, all the nurses & Dr's were very polite & welcoming :) Wouldnt have chose another hospital for our princess !!! She was 2 1/2 wks in PICU which was very scary, in a medically induced coma & moved to 6th floor... Absolutely love that hospital :)
Great doctors! always quick to respond.I call and get a call back less than 2 hours later and have an appt set up for the same day.they are great with the kids and speak to the parents so they understand the issues.
