RecommendedWe’ve had nothing but positive experiences with CCMC. We’ve had our kids in the ER, have worked with different teams of specialists (developmental pediatrics, pulmonary, cardiology, sports medicine, neurology, nephrology, urology, GI, radiology, feeding team, day surgery, OT, PT, etc.) and have found each department to be attentive, professional, empathetic, and capable. My middle son had open heart surgery and several other procedures. I am confident in the professionals at this hospital and would highly recommend it.
My daughter had 3 major surgeries after birth to remove what they misdiagnosed as a nueroblastoma, and ended up being an adrenal teratoma. .after her last 7 hour surgery to remove this teratoma, she aspirated on her breathing tube, due to neglagance of the charge nurse. this in turn caused her to have 3 major seizures. During my daughter's stay I begged for her medical records, signed 3 release forms and received absolutely nothing till 4 months after the date I asked for them. once her records were received I found more hid... read more

the nursing staff and nurology dept are amazing I'm so greatful for them and the care they give my son
My grandson was in post op for several hours before he was given any attention and only because I started complaining...loudly. The doctors had no communication with the nursing staff...I do have to say the nurses were awesome...they couldn’t do anything because the resident doctor covering didn’t communicate how to care for my grandson, and she was very condescending to me and my daughter. The staff and care at CCMC is always amazing. While I never want to be there, I am comforted by knowing they take such great care of my children when needed. Thank you for all you do.
