My son, 19, fell skateboarding and gashed his forehead. He HATES hospitals and needles. Ct Children's, I appreciate you not turning us away (because he's an insurance carrying card holder and all grown up) and taking excellent care of my boy; you even made him laugh. Ps: you are right: these boys definitely care what flavor slushee they are getting! They do not, however, care that they received 7 stitches once it's done; they would rather have a cool scar. Sending thanks love and peace!

Working with Heidi Sweeny in the Pediatric Gastro department was a pleasure. Traveling from Danbury was definitely worth it. Ms. Sweeny was very thorough, and she ordered the tests that will hopefully help my son with his stomach issues. Thank you for making me feel more comfortable with the situation.

This hospital is amazing we recently spent a month there for my son the whole team,doctors, nurses, PCA's are amazing! They were great to my son and our family! MS8 floor are all caring and made our stay so much better for us! We will forever be grateful for them and the clinic also! Thank you so much!

The wait wasn't too long as I thought it would be, the staff was very professional, and very friendly, even though my baby was sick they manage to make him smile.
Everyone at the hospital was great! We went in to the ER, my son had to have his appendix removed, they were all so caring. Thanks to all the doctors and nurses that helped my son. We were so scared. Thanks PACU, thanks to the surgeons, anesthesiologist, radiologist, nurses, medical assistant, thanks to the 7th floor nurses...thank you, thank you so so much for everything my son didn't even want to leave. God bless you all!!!
