My son had to have surgery yesterday and from the moment he walked in everyone was wonderful. Highlights included chapstick on the breathing mask so it smelled good, matchbox cars to play with while he waited, driving the truck into the operating room, slushes and cartoons while he recovered and a toy from the treasure chest! Everyone explained everything on his level, and I am not even sure that he knew he had surgery. If we need to come back I can rest assured it will be a positive experience.

Has the best 2 days my son could have.He loved it so much that he did't want to go home.
Best hospital in Connecticut for kids by far. My son will be having surgery and the staff and doctors have been awesome providing us with everything we need to know and prep for his day.... very clean environment too.

The wait was longer than usual and that moving from the ER TO THE SECOND FLOOR was scary for my granddaughter and they didn't even have a coloring paper for her to stay distracted I was very unhappy with this visit...
