I just called in and the lady at the front desk is completely incompetent totally unprofessional and she needs to get fired . First, she asked me who my Dentist was knowing that she could easily pull up my Dentist from my information then after five minutes of fussing with her, she pulls up my profile and says, yeah we don’t take your insurance. I made the unfortunate decision to switch to my insurance Aetna’s DMO, and this was the only semi-respectable looking place I could get an appointment. The office manager and receptionist were super nice, and I think trying desperately to turn things around here. But they are clearly trying to churn through people and are a place you go when you can’t go anywhere else. I waited almost an hour for my appointment despite showing up on time. The admin staff here is rude, disrespectful, and patronizing. It was a complete headache to know what I owed due to the price continuously changing. When I asked questions I was laughed at. Go at your own risk.
