Every time I go into Connecticut Avenue Dental all staff treats me with respect. Everyone is genuine and really cares about the patients. Their office is right near the zoo, a Starbucks and a few restaurants. I had to get a permanent crown after getting an implant and the process was incredible smooth. I tend to get nervous at the dentist, but they really take their time to make sure you're comfortable. I would 100% recommend Connecticut Avenue Dental to those looking to get their regular cleanings!
I just called in and the lady at the front desk is completely incompetent totally unprofessional and she needs to get fired . First, she asked me who my Dentist was knowing that she could easily pull up my Dentist from my information then after five minutes of fussing with her, she pulls up my profile and says, yeah we don’t take your insurance.
