I was a long-time patient of Dr. Crawford and left today’s appointment extremely disappointed and in tears. I scheduled the visit because I had concerns about fillings that had previously been completed in his benning road office (now closed) one of them chipped and the others are now yellow and wanted to discuss my options. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, Dr. Crawford was dismissive, disrespectful, and denied having performed the work or offering any further assistance. Every time I go into Connecticut Avenue Dental all staff treats me with respect. Everyone is genuine and really cares about the patients. Their office is right near the zoo, a Starbucks and a few restaurants. I had to get a permanent crown after getting an implant and the process was incredible smooth. I tend to get nervous at the dentist, but they really take their time to make sure you're comfortable. I would 100% recommend Connecticut Avenue Dental to those looking to get their regular cleanings!
