I had outpatient surgery and needed someone to stay with me until my wife was able to get there. Janell picked me up, went to the pharmacy, and took me to where I was staying. She got me comfortable. When my wife got there, Janell gave her instructions and made sure we were all set before leaving. She is a professional, caring person. What a life saver. If I hadn't found her, my surgery would have been cancelled. What a great service!!!
These nurses are excellent at what they do for patients and their families!!! They have many suggestions to help patients be more independent yet support them on their healing journey. My mother returned to independent living 3 days after a new hip at 92y/o only because they were available to help me care for her !! If it hadn’t been for their flexibility and willingness to work with my work schedule we would have had to try to find placement in assisted living.
