Great team of hard working people producing high-precision machined components.
I really like the support from everyone. They are building a team and you can feel it. I have been given many opportunities to cross train into other departments. This has allowed me to become more knowledgeable and financially rewarded. I also really appreciate how everyone cares about the cleanliness of the facility. I am excited to see the growth expected in the next 3 to 5 years!
Passive aggressive work environment. You got a married man hitting on a married woman and trying to start fights. The more interest you show in your job Doug will make you look bad. Shoulda kept my mouth shut and head down, they say they care about their employees they only care about themselves. Tried every day asking questions and got ignored to the point of awkwardness.
