We had Nikki for PT for over 3 yrs and we ended our PT this past Friday. My son and I are devastated and heartbroken since we won't see Nikki anymore. My son cried multiple times already. Georgeann the young lady that they have on call is amazing. She is always so kind and helpful no matter what time it is she is going to get the job done! Always responds even though it may be something that can wait till the office opens she will help you regardless. Working with parents of critically ill patients can be very difficult.
