I bought $5k Oticon hearing aids from South Oakville Hearing & Audiology, before Connect Hearing bought the business in 2023. Last year, Connect Hearing replaced the rechargeable batteries under Oticon’s warranty. One of the new batteries is bad. Connect Hearing wants to charge me to replace the bad battery because the warranty on the hearing aids has expired. I used to get fantastic service from Gaby, the former owner, but she has apparently moved on recently. The service is no longer fantastic, or consistent with the price... read more
Dan is an absolute gem. He is very kind and caring to my elderly mother and goes above and beyond expectations.
No question. This Connect Hearing location is simply the best. With moving and all, I have been to 3 different locations and I am not changing going forward Knowledgeable and caring. People skills from the top down and the bottom up are consistent and excellent. They "listen" to their clients. They don't dictate , which was the case at one location I went to. I mean, I feel like I'm preaching to the choir here (which can all hear now thanks to Gabby and Connect), but I was dreading going in to find out that I was going deaf. Thankfully I wasn't, and she helped talk me off the ledge and discuss tinnitus reducing ideas. 'Twas a fantastic visit.
