Dan is an absolute gem. He is very kind and caring to my elderly mother and goes above and beyond expectations.
No question. This Connect Hearing location is simply the best. With moving and all, I have been to 3 different locations and I am not changing going forward Knowledgeable and caring. People skills from the top down and the bottom up are consistent and excellent. They "listen" to their clients. They don't dictate , which was the case at one location I went to. I mean, I feel like I'm preaching to the choir here (which can all hear now thanks to Gabby and Connect), but I was dreading going in to find out that I was going deaf. Thankfully I wasn't, and she helped talk me off the ledge and discuss tinnitus reducing ideas. 'Twas a fantastic visit.
Gaby changed my son's life! She and her staff are extremely friendly, very encouraging and supportive, share solutions and help ease the stress or concerns. The best healthcare support my family and I have ever felt in our lives.
