I have been a client of Connect Hearing for many years. I have dealt with Anna Leggat for years at the Halifax office. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She was the heart and soul of the Spring Garden Road office and has now moved to the Dartmouth location. I recently had significant hearing loss in one ear. Luckily, I had a very thorough exam with Eli Lubell, and I left in much better condition and quite relieved. Eli took my questions seriously, walked me through everything we were doing, and got results! The care I got was exemplary.
Went there for my 11AM appointment. I arrived 10 mins early as I am mindful of others’ time. 11:10AM and still waiting. Had to leave as I couldn’t keep waiting for ever. I wish they could be more respectful and plan ahead of time so they don’t screw up people’s plans.
I am posting this review on your site to let everyone or anyone who is interested in booking an appointment that this company offers a very professional service and you won't be disappointed in the quality of their work, especially with Eli Lubell. I totally agree with others that Eli is a very professional and detailed audiologist.
