I appreciated the professionalism that Darcy provided during the test and the consequent hearing aid consultation process. I did not feel pressured at any time during the process and as a retired sales professional I felt comfortable with her consultative approach.
I loved my audiologist - a very professional young woman - who made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Everyone at the office was friendly and super helpful. It's good to have realistic expectations: as some told me, they are hearing aids (emphasis on 'aids'). They can't replace your own actual hearing ability.
