Kate and her office staff are professional, but also very caring and accommodating. My mom is 95 and Kate is kind, gentle, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand for mom and also for me. I have never been made to feel I am calling at an inconvenient time...the office staff have always been willing to listen and relay messages to Kate. This office is run as businesses used to run..with genuine care for the client. I highly recommend Kate and her office!♥️
