They have the SPECIALIST you need to check your hearing & are the nicest people to deal with. I had a different brand before & they never looked in my ears, didn't check my hearing in a sound proof unit. They were just rip-offs. CONNECT HEARING FOUND i HAD INSURANCE THAT WOULD PAY PART OF THE COST, the other one wouldn't. THEY ARE THE BEST.
I am so glad that I chose to go to Connect Hearing. They provided a free hearing test and consultation with a free 1 week trial of hearing aids. The hearing aids have made a big difference in my day to day life; especially being able to better hear my husband and boss. Thank you Kate and Judy!
The staff is exceptional in all areas, from friendliness to informative.
I’m an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in audiology, and I went with my grandpa to an appointment to get hearing aids. Kate was amazing- she spent tons of time making sure that both my mom and grandpa understood what was going on and that they were both involved in the decision-making process.
