RecommendedToday was there. Not knowing how long it would take to fix the problem. was there aprx 10 minutes. Found the problem, was wax built up due to when I accidentally forgot to take hearing aides off before taking shower. Wax built was from getting wet. I know now how to take care of the problem if it happens again

I had been to several hearing aid locations checking on hearing aids and while some of them were professional and provided sound advice and good service, there always seemed to be something.missing. Some of the companies felt like I was dealing with a used car salesperson, if you know what i mean ( just trying to get the sale). Others had good professional service, but weren't very personable .
