No one is ever in the office. The office will not return my phone calls. When I try to make appointment online or the company phone number. we cant get in for three weeks. Our hearing aids will not recharge. My husband needs his hearing aids asap.
I purchased 2 new aids from Connect Hearing early this year and havent had the hearing aids for 6 months. I been wearing hearing aids for 65 years and this is my worse experience. Having trouble with ear molds that have caused injury to my ear. In addition, the Bluetooth does not work properly when call come in. I paid in cash nearly $4000 for the pair.
