I brought my dad to pick-up his device and Nadine was very thorough and patient on showing my dad how to handle it. Their service is excellent and awesome.
The entire staff is extremely caring. They even took the time to call to see how my equipment was working and if i was adjusting well. Highly recommended to anyone with hearing loss
