Very thorough hearing test & honest good suggestions for the type of hearing loss a person suffers from as to what type of hearing aid to be fitted with.
One hearing aid stopped working.A call on Monday got me an appointment on Tuesday.A stop on Henderson street in Fort Worth for my 11:45 appointment. Teri said she would check my aid out and got it working. She then cleaned the other and sent me on my way.All in 10 minutes or less I was hearing sooo well with my 6 year old aids. All of this service is free.

I went to another audiologist in Griffin and waited 10 weeks for my hearing aids. They never once called me. When I called them, the excuse was still trying to get PO from insurance to order them.
