These people are terrible. I ordered a light-dep greenhouse back in '16. They said it would be ready by April of that year (4 months after I ordered it). It wasn't until after the grow season did they begin shipping parts. I still haven't received all of the parts, dealing with them was a frustrating and costly experience.
Our company is MoonDragonHemp.com and weI bought this greenhouse from a reseller but the customer service wasn't any better than the resellers. I like the greenhouse itself but the instruction or lack there of are horrific. YouTube is something thats been around a while and maybe they should video their employees putting one up if they could even do it.
