I highly recommend Conifer Creek Townhomes. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you out with whatever you need. The townhome itself is very clean and has an incredible home type of feel. If you need a place to rent for awhile this is it!
Conifer creek is a smaller complex making it quieter than most places, and the neighbors are always very respectful. Also the office staff is very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend conifer creek to anyone, especially students looking for housing close to grand valley.

Conifer Creek is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for a little over a year and I have not had a problem. Maintenance is very helpful, as i have never had to wait more than 24 hours to get a problem fixed! Security is good, cameras are installed around the parking lot areas and absolute security is always driving around! The units seem very energy efficient for my utilities have always been fairly low. Conifer Creek is a great place to live. The apartments are clean and modern and the set up is very private. It’s in walking distance of Grand Valley and the office staff is understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable housing.
