Frank Lynch was our salesperson 10 years ago when we bought our Pathfinder and he again did a very good job of helping us with the purchase of our new Highlander. He worked hard to get us a car and a price we were very happy with.

My wife and I went in to look around... Didn't have... My wife and I went in to look around... Didn't have our minds set on a Toyota but after talking with Casey and Jacob we were sold. Great Service Took my '99 Camry in for service/state inspection last week and had a chance to see the new service location. Wow, very impressive from the moment you drive up and that same feeling lasts throughout the service process. I met Bob C. as I walked in, my Service Manager for as long as I can remember, as in typical Bob fashion he walked me through every step of the process and made sure we touched on everything that I needed to get done to my vehicle. The new customer experience is exceptional and Bob Calhoun was quick, courteous and helpful. What a tremendous improvement not only in the facility but honestly I believe the employees even feel better working in such a positive environment. The new service facility is absolutely first rate in... The new service facility is absolutely first rate in every respect. Everything was handled promptly, efficiently and courteously. Overall it leaves every other dealer I have used in the dust. This will be my service center as long as I own the car. I have dealt with Bob Calhoun before and found him both knowledgeable and always available in case there were follow up questions.
